As a Quad Cities baby photographer, one of my best selling packages is the Grow With Me package.  This sweet little girl is part of this, and I couldn’t be more ecstatic about that!  t have had the extreme pleasure of photographing their maternity session, her newborn session, and now her six months session.  I can’t hardly believe she’s already sitting on her own, and she’s army crawling!  Time must slow down!  Before we know it, her one year session will be here!  It’s crazy!

It’s alway fun to see these little ones for their six month sessions, because they change dramatically since the last time I saw them during their newborn session.  When her parents arrived at the location and pulled her out of her carseat, I simply couldn’t get over 1.) how much she had grown and 2.) how absolutely adorable she is and 3.) those blue eyes!  She was an absolutely beautiful newborn baby, so I knew she would be adorable when I saw her at this session.  And seriously, her eyes are not photoshopped what-so-ever…they are naturally that blue and sparkly!  Ahhhh…she’s so cute!

I love the way this little girl’s mom had everyone styled for the session.  The clothing choices and the colors compliment each other so well and work so nicely for this location.  I really love the softer neutral colors for sessions.  It really helps to showcase the bond and connection between the family vs the bright bold colors being the focus.  It was funny as this little one was totally wanting mom’s necklace throughout the session.  It was so sweet!  She’s a girl after my own heart…she loves jewelry, too!  Towards the end of the session, poor Mom had to take her necklace off so we could get the little one to focus on us vs playing with the necklace.  It’s all these little things like this that define this sweet and innocent age.  I love to capture these moments for parents to look back on and treasure forever!  Best. “job”. EVER!
