I absolutely love it when clients message me about about updating their portraits.  As you know, I’m a huge believer in prints and updated portraits!  Prints are the things that can be passed down for generations to come.  No matter what form of technology is the trend of the day, prints last a lifetime and withstand the ever-changing technology era.

This couple, Reid and Kari, are celebrating a big milestone by having a 10th anniversary session, and they ordered the perfect array of portraits to proudly display on their walls!  This couple wanted to update their portraits together by having pictures taken to celebrate their 10 year wedding anniversary.  I couldn’t have been more excited when Reid messaged me about this, as I have known these two for years!

Reid and I grew up showing horses at our local county fair and then we spent many evenings with each of our families attending team roping practices.  I had the great opportunity to meet Kari many years ago when she and Reid started dating, and let me tell you…your cheeks will be so sore from smiling and laughing when you hang out with these two!  They both have the most amazing personalities and sense of humor, and it was so much fun catching up with them during their anniversary session.

I love the fact that they brought their two dogs with them for the session.  I couldn’t resist an updated portrait each of the pups for them.  I mean those faces…they’re too cute!
