One of the best job titles in the world is Quad Cities extended family photographer.  I absolutely love it when a family messages me wanting pictures of their family as a whole.  These are precious items that can be handed down from generation to generation.  You know, one of my very favorite things to do is look through photo albums and see all the exciting portraits of a completely different time.  Everyone and everything changes so much, but one thing that remains consistent is that looking at those photos will definitely put a smile on your face every time as you share the stories behind the photographs.

This family did such an amazing job during their session.  We worked together to identify a list of the shots they wanted so we didn’t miss a single one.  With extended family sessions, it’s easy to get caught up in the excitement, so a list helps keep us focused and moving smoothly throughout our time together.  We were able to capture several different poses for this family to have a wide variety in their gallery.  These was even a debut by one of their chickens.  She just looked so pretty with the tall prairie grass in the background…I couldn’t resist!

During this family’s gallery viewing, they selected many of my finest products!  They ordered large wall prints, gift prints, a large canvas, my new and super awesome wood blocks, and the most gorgeous 10×10 album that showcases all the images from their gallery.  They are going to have the most stunning wall displays to showcase this very special family portrait session.
